A Must For Every New Recruiter

Since I am in the business of providing recruiter training, I'm often asked for the BEST TIPS I can share with new rookies or experienced recruiters. Today I want to share two of those tips with you. Starting TODAY write down your top six priorities (closest to the money) that you commit to completing the following day. These are non-negotiable priorities that you must finish before you leave work. You need to write down these priorities BEFORE you leave work. You and I know that no matter how early you get to work, you can be interrupted and not complete your plan.

My second tip is to focus on send outs. Your job is to get candidates in front of your decision makers. Each day arrive at work asking yourself one question 'Where is my Sendout Today.' If you want to increase your production and income it's easy'..increase the number of send outs booked. (My definition of a send out is a candidate being interviewed by a decision maker either by phone or face to face)

If you follow these two tips, you will attain your next level of production and income!
